Affiliate Agreement

Last updated: February 2026

1. Overview

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between Status Digital Marketing, LLC ("SDM") and any individual or entity ("Affiliate," "Publisher," or "you") that participates in SDM's affiliate or publisher program for lead generation.

2. Enrollment

To participate in the program, you must submit an application through our website. SDM reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. Approval may be conditioned on verification of your identity, traffic sources, and compliance history.

3. Affiliate Obligations

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

  • Generate leads through lawful means and in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Use only approved landing pages, ad copy, and creative assets
  • Obtain proper TCPA consent from all consumers before submitting lead data
  • Accurately represent the products and services being advertised
  • Not use deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent marketing practices
  • Comply with SDM's Acceptable Use Policy at all times
  • Maintain accurate records of traffic sources and consent documentation

4. Lead Quality Standards

All leads must meet the following minimum standards:

  • Genuine consumer interest in the advertised product or service
  • Accurate and verifiable contact information
  • Proper TCPA consent with clear disclosure language
  • Unique leads — no recycling, re-selling, or duplication
  • Clean against the National Do Not Call Registry

SDM reserves the right to reject leads that do not meet quality standards and to withhold payment for rejected leads.

5. Compensation

Compensation rates, payment terms, and payout schedules are defined in your individual publisher agreement or the SDM publisher portal. SDM reserves the right to adjust rates with 30 days' written notice. Payment is contingent on lead acceptance and compliance with this Agreement.

6. Prohibited Traffic Sources

The following traffic sources are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing:

  • Incentivized traffic (paid-to-click, surveys, rewards programs)
  • Co-registration paths without clear, standalone consent
  • Automated or bot-generated traffic
  • Traffic from adult, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content
  • Purchased email lists or phone lists
  • Any traffic that violates platform terms of service (Google, Meta, etc.)

7. Audit Rights

SDM reserves the right to audit Affiliate traffic sources, consent documentation, and lead generation practices at any time. Affiliates must cooperate with reasonable audit requests within 5 business days.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice. SDM may terminate immediately for cause, including violation of this Agreement, the AUP, or applicable law. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations (including payment for accepted leads) shall survive.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SDM from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your marketing activities, lead generation practices, or violation of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.
