Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of services provided by Status Digital Marketing, LLC ("SDM"). All clients, publishers, advertisers, and partners ("Users") must comply with this policy.
2. Permitted Use
SDM services may only be used for lawful business purposes related to digital marketing, lead generation, and advertising. Users must comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not use SDM services to:
- Generate, distribute, or facilitate spam, unsolicited communications, or bulk messaging
- Violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, or any telemarketing regulations
- Submit or distribute false, misleading, or deceptive advertising content
- Collect, use, or sell consumer data without proper consent
- Engage in fraudulent lead generation, including fabricating leads, recycling aged leads as fresh, or misrepresenting lead origin
- Promote illegal products, services, or activities
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of any third party
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Attempt to circumvent compliance controls, DNC scrubbing, or consent verification
- Engage in discriminatory practices that violate fair housing, employment, or lending laws
4. Compliance Requirements
All Users must:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date registration information
- Obtain proper consumer consent before collecting and sharing personal data
- Honor all opt-out requests within the timeframes required by law
- Maintain DNC compliance and scrub contact lists regularly
- Keep records of consent and lead provenance for a minimum of 5 years
- Report any data breaches or compliance violations to SDM immediately
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
SDM reserves the right to monitor use of its services to ensure compliance with this AUP. Violations may result in:
- Warning and request for corrective action
- Suspension of services
- Immediate termination of the business relationship
- Referral to law enforcement authorities
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violations of this AUP, please report them to:

7. Modifications
SDM reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance.
